VAT:

VAT is included on all prices shown on this website at the standard current rate (where applicable).

Warranties:

All products available from Bathsource.co.uk come with a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 12 months.

Should you need to make a claim on a manufacturer warranty, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly. We will happily assist in this process. Should you have any queries please contact us on customerservices@bathsource.co.uk.

Online security:

Because we process our payments through PROTX, you can be sure that all of your details will be 100% secure and confidential. Once on Protx's systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data Protx holds is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Quality control:

Where possible and where practical, we shall inspect all products prior to dispatch from our warehouse to ensure that they are undamaged, complete and match your orders. You agree to examine the delivery and report any missing items within 7 days of delivery.

Delivery of goods:

Unless otherwise agreed, we will wait until your entire order is ready for dispatch. At this time we will contact you to arrange a date when you will be available to accept delivery. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that delivery is made on a date that is suitable for the customer.

If you are not at your premises for delivery of goods and a storage charge or re-delivery charge is imposed by the courier company, we accept no liability – any fees incurred are to be paid by the customer.

We do not deliver outside of the UK Mainland – shipping to destinations outside of this area may be arranged and charged to the customer.

In accordance with fraud-prevention good practice, we will not deliver to a separate home to that specified as the cardholder’s for all purchases made by a credit card. We apologise if this causes any problems but feel it is our responsibility to take such precaution.

Delivery dates are approximate and no liability will be accepted relating to late deliveries. We recommend that you do not arrange for a plumber or fitter to install your products until you have them in your possession and are satisfied they are undamaged. For further information, please see the section entitled “Availability”.

Returns Policy:

Faulty goods:

Faulty goods must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt by the customer.

Once it is agreed that goods have been delivered faulty they are to be returned to Bathsource.co.uk within 7 days.

A replacement item will be sent free of charge.

Non-faulty goods:

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel your order and return any unwanted items to us within 7 working days of receipt.

Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the RRP of the product.

All goods must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.

Goods must be returned in their original product box. DO NOT RIP, WRITE UPON OR STICK LABELS ON ANY BOXES. Damaged boxes will incur a 20% repackaging fee of the RRP of the product – this charge is additional to any restocking fees that may be incurred.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure any items to be returned are adequately protected so as to make sure they are returned to us in an undamaged state.

Availability:

The term “availability” when used in this website is meant as a guide which reflects standard delivery times and is not to be taken as a guarantee. With all orders please allow up to 28 working days for delivery. In some cases, certain products or finishes may become unavailable for long periods of time – in such circumstances we will notify you and provide the option to cancel the order for a full refund.

Insolvency of customer:

Bathsource.co.uk will be entitled to cancel the contract without any liability to the customer should the customer make any voluntary arrangements with its creditors or becomes bankrupt, goes into provisional or full liquidation or any administration orders have been made against them. In the event that items are delivered without payment being received, the price shall become immediately due and payable, regardless of any previous arrangements to the contrary.

Bathsource.co.uk will NOT pass on or disclose any customer information to any third parties. Information collected during the payment process will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling that order. Information and data collected from the transaction process will not be used for any marketing material.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Bathsource.co.uk reserves the right to refuse to process, accept or handle an order from any customer for any reason at any given time. In such an event we will aim to contact you with an explanation as to why we have reached this decision.
